Legal Ad Outage Continuity: Account and Intake Review

Preserve account notices, follow official remediation and review approved intake routes. Recovery depends on the incident and platform decisions; there is no guaranteed cutover time.

1. Preserve the notice and assign an owner

Record the platform's notice, affected account, date, stated reason and requested next action. Keep a copy in the firm's approved records location. Do not share credentials, case records or identity documents in an ordinary infrastructure inquiry.

Pause uncoordinated changes while the account owner identifies what the platform requires. No universal appeal delay or recovery time can be inferred from the notice alone.

2. Follow official remediation and appeal instructions

Use the affected platform's official process. Address billing, verification or policy requests with accurate evidence. Google's circumventing-systems policy prohibits creating new accounts to evade suspension. A provider handover or replacement account is not a route around enforcement.

Document the owner, submitted evidence and next follow-up. A support channel does not guarantee reinstatement; do not delay an appropriate official appeal based on promised privileged access.

3. Review intake continuity separately from ad delivery

Identify existing approved forms, phone routes and CRM queues. Confirm ownership, operating status and change permissions with the firm's intake lead. Use only authorized synthetic inputs when testing routes, and keep client details out of platform event payloads.

Maintaining an intake route does not mean a suspended advertising account may resume delivery. Platform authorization and the firm's advertising review remain separate dependencies.

4. Keep a change and rollback record

The law-firm account handover checklist supports access, billing and intake review. The advertising review guide explains jurisdictional and measurement boundaries.

5. Describe financial exposure as assumptions

Use the firm's own time period, spend and intake evidence. Distinguish recorded costs from illustrative estimates and avoid claiming a fixed CPC, auction reset, retainer loss or settlement outcome. Small samples do not establish predictable campaign economics.

Discuss the operational issue

Legal Ad Infra's published review scope covers account access, billing and intake-routing planning for qualified legal teams. Request a legal infrastructure review with platforms, operating locations and the issue you want reviewed. Do not include client names, case details, medical information, credentials or documents.

This is general operational information, not legal advice, a compliance certificate or a promise of uninterrupted delivery. Scope and timing require review for the actual program.
